Refund Eligibility
- Doctor’s Approval: If you are not approved by our consulting doctor, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Non-receipt of Digital Copy: In the event that you do not receive the digital copy of your consultation or prescription from us, you are entitling to a full refund.
How to Request a Refund?
Should you find yourself in one of the above situations and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Important Note
- Post-Consultation and Approval: Please be aware that refunds will not initiate if the request made after the consultation has occurred and the doctor has given their approval.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receiving your refund request, we will process it promptly. The refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that the processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
